This policy explains the fee refund mechanism at Athar Academy for individual episodes (1:1). By subscribing or paying, this is an approval of this policy.
1) scope of the policy
This policy applies to all subscriptions and packages for individual episodes (1:1) that are booked or paid for via the Athar Academy website.
2) important definitions
Episode: An individual educational session (1: 1) with a specific time period as announced in the subscription package.
The remaining episodes: The number of paid episodes that have not yet been offered.
Subscription fees: The value of the paid package/package for the episodes.
3) recovery before the episodes start

If no episode has been presented yet, the subscriber has the right to request a refund of the fee.
Any payment/transfer processing fees (if applicable) or any administrative costs associated with the booking confirmation may be deducted.
4) recovery after starting loops
If the package is started (at least one episode is presented), the refund will be For the remaining episodes only According to the following rule:

Refund amount = (The value of one loop in the bundle) × (the number of loops remaining)
The value of one ring is calculated according to the package price at the time of purchase and the total number of rings in the package.
Episodes that have already been submitted are not refunded.
5) canceled episodes or non-attendance
If the episode appointment is booked and the student/parent does not attend without prior notice, the episode may be counted as Accrued
The remaining redeemable episodes are not included.
If the cancellation is made well in advance (according to the organization of the Academy), the episode can be rescheduled according to availability instead of being considered due.
6) cases not covered by the refund
Episodes that have already been presented.
Episodes that were deemed due due to non-attendance or late cancellation (according to the organization of the Academy).
Any third party fees are non-refundable (such as payment gateway fees) if applicable.
7) How to submit a refund request
To submit a refund request, please send a message to the following email only:
The number of executed and remaining loops (if known).
The reason for the refund request (optional).

Requests are reviewed and answered by e-mail. The refund time may vary depending on the payment method and banks/financial service providers.
9) Policy Amendments
The Academy may update this policy from time to time. Any update is effective from the date of its publication on the site.
